CHILI

4 lbs coarse ground chili meat
2 lbs pork sausage
1 bell pepper
2 cloves minced garlic
4 onions, med. size
2 cans tomato past (6 oz)
1 can stewed tomatoes (2 1/2 oz)
2 12 oz cans of beer
3 tbs cumin
3 tbs chili powder
2 tbs paprika
2 beef bouillion cubes
1/4 c brown sugar
  salt & pepper to taste
  small amount of water to thin

Brown meat in heavy pot. Add rest of the ingredients and simmer for 2-3 hours. You may wish to add the cokked beans only for the last hour. Feeds a small army.
