Almond Cake

1 and 1/2 cups lightly spooned flour
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup melted butter
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp almond extract
1.5 tsp vanilla extract

Mix everything together, pour into single layer cake pan coated with Pam. Cook for 25-30 minutes. Edges will be brown, middle will be slightly gooey with toothpick check.

Let sit until cool.

Cut and transfer to cake plate.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

Also good for breakfast with coffee.
