Amish Salad

Rinse and drain 1 quart sauerkraut
Add:1 green pepper)   Cut up fine
1 small onion)
1 cup celery)
pimento)
Sauce:1 and 1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil
1/3 cup water
Shake in jar until sugar is dissolved. Pour over kraut mixture. Let stand overnight in fridge. Drain before serving.
