Apple Rhubarb Pie

4 cups Apples
1 cup Rhubarb
1 to 1 and 1/4 cup Sugar
1 tbsp Flour (or 2)
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Pastry for 2 crust pie.

Combine apples, rhubarb, sugar, spices and flour in a large mixing bowl. Pour into pie shell. Dot with butter. Put on top crust. Cut vent holes. Brush with milk & sprinkle sugar ontop. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
