Baked Custard with Honey

1/2 cup honey
1/4 tsp salt
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups milk
Dash of cinnamon

Beat eggs, add salt, honey and milk. Strain. Pour into 1 quart baking dish or 6 custard cups. Add cinnamon. Set baking dish into pan of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until it tests done.
