2 cups arrowroot powder
2 cups cream of tarter
1 cup potassium bicarbonate
The potassium bicarbonate is available at your local drugstore. Ask the pharmacist. Mix all of the ingredients together and store in an airtight container. Use in the same proportions as you would the other baking powder. Makes five cups.
