Blue Cheese Bacon Potatoes

4 Medium baking potatoes
1/2 Cup sour cream
1 oz blue cheese, crumbled (1/4 cup)
1/4 cup milk
4 tbsp butter or margarine
3/4 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
4 slices of bacon, crisp, drained, and crumbled.

Rub potatoes with shortening and bake in a hot oven (400 degrees) for 1 hour, until potatoes are done. Remove from oven, cut a lengthwise slit on each potato. Scoop out inside of each and mash. Add sour cream, blue cheese, milk, butter or margarine, salt and pepper to mashed potatoes. Beat with an electric mixer till fluffy. Spoon mixture lightly into potato shells. Place on a baking sheet, return to hot oven for 15 minutes or untill heated thoroughly. Sprinkle each with crumbled bacon. Makes 4 servings.
