Broccoli Cheese Casserole

2 package cut broccoli, cooked and drained
1 cup swiss cheese, grated
1 cup mushroom soup
1 cup onion, grated or chopped fine
2 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook broccoli and drain. mix cheese, soup, egg, onion, salt and pepper. Add broccoli. Cover with bread cubes and melted butter. Bake long enough for the mixture to melt and bubble...at 325 degrees.
