Bush's Pea and Nut Salad

1 pound peas, thawed
6 ounces Cheddar cheese, diced
4 ounces sour cream
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
2 stalks celery, chopped fine
4 ounces dry roasted peanuts
2 cups heavy mayonnaise
1 tbsp sugar

Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate until serving.
