Cheese Puffs

1 loaf unsliced white bread
1 small package cream cheese
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese
1 stick butter or oleo
2 egg whites, beaten
Dash of dry mustard

Cut bread into 1 inch cubes. Melt cheeses and butter in double broiler. Fold in beaten egg whites and seasonings. Dip bread into cheese mixture. Put on cookie sheet and brown under broiler. Yields 60 to 80 puffs. May freeze these.
