Chicken Bites

4 chicken breasts, bones and skin removed
1 cup finely crushed Ritz crackers (24)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp season salt
1 tsp dried thyme leaves
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted

Cover 2 baking sheets with foil. Cut chicken into 1" pieces. Mix together cracker crumbs, cheese, walnuts, season salt, thyme, basil and pepper. Heat oven to 400. Dip chicken pieces into melted butter, then into crumb mixture. Place chicken pieces about 1/2" apart on baking sheets. Bake uncovered until golden brown, 20-25 minutes.
