Coconut Dream Dessert

CURST:   1/2 cup butter, 1 cup flour, mix well
Add:1/2 cup chopped nuts. Press mix into a 9 by 13 inch glass casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.
FILLING:
Cream:   1 (8 oz) package Philadelphia cream cheese and
1 cup powdered sugar and 1 tbsp milk.
Add:1 cup Cool Whip or Dream Whip

On cooled crust, spread the cream cheese mix, the next layer the pudding and Dream Whip over all. Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
