Crab Linguini

4 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
1/4 cup sweet white dessert wine (like Moscato)
7 ounces crab meat
1/4 cup green peas
1 tbsp chives
1/2 to 1 tbsp olive oil
  1. sauté garlic in 2 tbsp oil until lightly browned
  2. add parsley, wine and crab
  3. cover and cook over low heat
  4. add peas and chives, stir
  5. add salt & pepper to taste
  6. keep warm
  7. cook linguini, drain
  8. add 1/2 to 1 tbsp olive oil to pasta and keep warm until serving
