Crazy Cake

3 cups sifted flour
3 cups sugar
6 tbsp cocoa
2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt

Sift all dry ingredients into baking pan. Scoop out 3 holes; into one put 2 teaspoons vanilla; into next hole put 2 tablespoons vinegar; in 3rd hole put 12 tablespoons vegetable oil. Pour 2 cups cold water over all; mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Ice with chocolate (cocoa) frosting.
