Cucumber Sauce for Salmon Steaks
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 medium cucumber, peel and finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp dried parsley flakes or dill seed
Combine all ingredients and chill. Broil or Barbeque salmon steaks and serve with sauce.
