Dinner

Start with hot skillet on top of stove:
  1. Melt butter coating bottom of fry pan (two tablespoons)
  2. Saute 2 oz of chopped fresh garlic. Fry till browned.
  3. Then put chopped fresh spinach into skillet and wilt it. Cook it in skillet by stirring it around. (only till it wrinkles up)
  4. Remove and set aside cooked spinach.
  5. Next, take fresh moose or fish fillet, 1/4 inch thick by 8 inches long. Place a piece of sliced ham on top with fresh parsley leaves (about three). You fold this over and hold it with tooth pick. Put cube of butter in skillet and fry meat for 1 minute, each side. Then take out and pour Marcella Wine (about 1/3 bottle) into pan and put meat back in to simmer in wine.
  6. Then take meat out and put wilted spinach on top of meat when served.
