Easy Simple Cheesecake
One 9 inch Keebler Graham Crust
One 8 ounce Cream Cheese, soft
1/2 cup sugar
Dash salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
Cream the cream cheese and add remaining ingredients. Pour into crust. Bake 350 degrees, 25 to 30 minutes. REFRIGERATE 24 HOURS BEFORE SERVING.
