Frank's Hot Buttered Rum Batter

1 pound butter
1 pound brown sugar
1 pound powdered sugar
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp allspice

Melt 1 pound butter and let cool. Mix brown sugar and powder sugar together. Add butter to sugars and mix well. Add 1 quart of soften vanilla ice cream. Mix and add nutmeg and all spice. Put into pint containers and refrigerate or freeze. Serve with hot water and rum.
