1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup shortening
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 and 3/4 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp cream tarter
1 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix thoroughly butter, shortening, sugar and eggs. Blend in flour, cream of tarter, soda and salt. Roll cookies in sugar and cinnamon mixture. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
