Fruit Pizza

Crust:

1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 and 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup butter

Mix together and press into a 12" to 14" pizza pan. Bake at 350 until golden. Cool completely.

Glaze:

1 and 1/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp plus 1 tsp corn starch
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar

Cook at medium heat stirring constantly until thick and clear. Let partially cool before putting on pizza.

Filling:

8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Whip well and spread on cooled crust. Arrange fruit (or your choice) on top of cream cheese mixture. Spread glaze over fruit making sure to seal completely. Chill and serve. Some example for fruit are: Kiwi, Strawberries, Bananas, Grapes, Mandarin Oranges, and Fresh or Canned Peaches.
