Granoa

In another bowl measure 1 and 1/2 cups safflower oil
3 tbsp pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup water
1 and 1/2 cup honey


Mix about ingredients with whip or hand beater thoroughly. Pour this mixture into oats mixture and mix thoroughly with wooden spoon till cereals are well coated. Spread finished mixture 1/2 inch thick on oiled or pam sprayed shallow pans. Place in slow oven 250 degrees. Turn mixture thoroughly after first half hour and again every 15 minutes until oats are light golden brown about 2 hours. Remove from oven and turn again. Let cool. Store in tightly closed container in cool, dry place.
