Guacamole

6 ripe California avocadoes
1/2 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped
4 serrano chilies, minced
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 red onion, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lime

Mash avocadoes until creamy. Add cilantro, tomato, onion, and serrano peppers. Mix in lime juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with chips.
