Halibut Dill

Sauce:

1 cup sour cream
1 cup Best Foods Mayo
about 1/2 to 3/4 red onion finely chopped
Dill - as much as you like - the more the better

Refrigerate the above for 1 - 2 hours.

Marinate fillet in dry white wine for 1/2 hour to 45 min.

Coat both sides of fillet with progresso bread cumbs (plain)

Place on baking sheet and bake at 425 for about 20 min. or depending on how thick your fillet is (do not overcook).

Spread sauce thickly over top of fillet and broil on middle rack for about 7 to 10 min.

(You can also use Ling cod or Artic Cod.)
