Halibut with Dill Sauce

2 lbs halibut fillets, 1 inch thick
2 cups sour cream
5 tbsp chopped green pepper
5 tbsp chopped green onion
4 tbsp chopped dill pickle
2 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp dill weed
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp basil
1/4 tsp pepper

Arrange the halibut fillets in a baking pan. Mix together the rest of the ingredients and pour over the fish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serves six to eight.
