Heavenly Hash

2 sticks butter or margarine
4 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup flour
4 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups sugar
1 cup nuts
1/2 bag miniature marshmallows

Melt butter and cocoa together. Beat eggs, sugar and pour in butter and cocoa mixture. Add flour and mix well. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour into a 11 by 16 inch pan that has been lined with wax paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from pan immediately. Cover hot cake with marshmallows and press lightly into cake.

Icing:

1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 stick butter or margarine
1 lb powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp vanilla

Heat milk and butter together. Mix with sugar, cocoa and vanilla. Pour over cake. Cut into squares when cold.

Yield: 24 servings.
