Herron Island Salad

2 cups frozen peas
1 cup sliced black olives
1 cup sliced water chestnuts
1 cup shrimp
2 small green onions
1 package Top Ramen Noodles

Dressing:

1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp garlic
2 tsp curry powder

Combine dressing ingredients and mix well with all ingredients. Add dry noodles to salad just before serving.

This salad is also good when mixed into a bowl of freshly torn lettuce or served on top of a wedge of lettuce.
