Honey-Glazed Chicken Breasts

6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 3/4 pounds)
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup honey
2 tbsp lemon juice

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease rectangular pan, 13 x 9 inches. Place chicken in pan. mix remaining ingredients with 1/4 teaspoon salt; pour over chicken.

Cover and bake 20 minutes; turn chicken. Bake uncovered 20 to 30 minutes longer or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.

This was a tasty dish. The glaze was a bit thin. We suggest thickening the orange juice cold with 3 teaspoons of cornstarch before adding the salt, lemon juice, and honey.
