Never Fail Pie Crust

1 and 1/2 cup flour
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp shortening
1 tsp vinegar plus enough water to equal 1/4 cup

Blend flour, shortening and salt until size of small peas. Add liquid, knead until right consistency to roll out.
