Prawn Spaghetti

1 and 1/3 pounds prawns with tails on
salt
12 ounce (oz) spaghetti
garlic clove
1/4 cup roasted red bell pepper (in the small jar)
extra virgin olive oil
freshly ground pepper
chopped fresh basil
fresh parsley

Shell the prawns without taking off the tails. Boil the spaghetti in plenty of salted water. In a hot pan, add olive oil and several cloves of crushed garlic, basil and the diced roasted peppers. Add the prawns and stir till pink, about 4 min. Add a ladleful of the spaghetti water ,before draining the pasta, then add it to the prawns and spices. Toss with a touch of olive oil and freshly ground pepper, top with chopped parsley. (I also like to sprinkle with parmesan cheese as well.)
