Pumpkin Blossoms

Pick blossoms while open. Twelve large blossoms serve 4 people. cut out center and down one side so that it lays flat. Dip in a mixture of milk and egg and then in flour and salt mixture. Saute. Takes only a short time on each side in skillet.
