Pumpkin Bread

3 and 1/2 cups sifted flour
2 tsp soda
1 and 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
3 cup sugar
2/3 cup water
4 eggs
2 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup salad oil

Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl. Make a well and add oil, water, eggs and pumpkin. Beat until smooth. Pour into 3 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
