Salmon Chowder

2 cups chopped peppers, yellow, red, green, and onion mixed
2 tbsp minced seeded jalapeno pepper
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
1 cup half n half
2 cups diced cooked potatoes
1 lb cooked flaked salmon
1/4 cup watercress or parsley snipped
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Stir fry veggies in butter over med heat in large saucepan for 3 to 5 min. Til tender.
Stir in flour. Stir in milk and half n half. Cook stirring till slightly thickened.
Cook 2 min more stirring.
Stir in rest of ingred.
Heat thru.
Prep time 15 min
Cook time 12 min
Serves 4
