Sausage Souffle'

1 pound sausage (cooked and drained)
1/2 cup onions
10 slices white bread
2 cups cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
6 eggs
1 tsp dry mustard

Cook sausage and onions together. Layer sausage, bread, cheese two times. Pour egg, milk and mustard mixture over top. Place in fridge overnight. Use 13 by 9 inch pan. When cooking place 13 by 9 inch souffle' in bigger pan and cook for one hour in 325 degree over.
