Slimming Turkey Fruit Salad

1/3 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp shredded orange peel
1/8 tsp salt
2 cups cubed, cooked turkey or chicken
2 medium oranges, peeled and sectioned
1 small banana, cut in 1/2 inch slices
1 cup strawberries, halved
1/2 cup celery, sliced
Lettuce leaves

Dressing:

Combine yogurt, mayonnaise or salad dressing, honey, orange peel and salf. Cover, chill 'til serving time.

Combine turkey or chicken cubes, orange sections, banana slices, strawberry halves and celery slices. Chill up to 2 hours. Before serving, arrange lettuce leaves on serving plate. Mound turkey and fruit mixture in center. Pour dressing over salad. Makes four servings.
