Smoked Salmon Party Ball

1/2 cup smoked salmon, flaked
8 ounce softened cream cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp minced onion
1 tsp horseradish
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Combine first six ingredients and shape into a ball.
Combine parsley and nuts.
Roll ball in nut mixture.
Chill at least 15 minutes.
Serve on crackers, toasted sour dough bread.
