Sweet and Sour Cranberry Seafood Salad

4 cups crab, lobster, scallops or shrimp, diced
6 cups cooked, cubed potates
1 bunch scallions, sliced
1 carrot shredded
1/2 cup cranberry juice cocktail
1 cup celery, thinly sliced
1 cup sour cream
Salt and Pepper to taste

In bowl, combine seafood, potatoes, celery, scallions and carrots. In another bowl combine cream, juice and mix until smooth. Chill. Just before serving, mix together, season and serve. Makes eight servings.
