Syllabub

1 pint heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup dry sherry wine
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

In large bowl, whip the cream with electric mixer until slightly thickened. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour into glasses and chill several hours before serving. Makes 5 cups or 10 and 1/2 cup servings.
