Two Bean Chili

1 pound ground beef
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 tbsp chili powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 can (15 ounces) Kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 ounces) great northern beans, rinsed and drained
Add when serving: Sour Cream, sliced green onions, shredded cheddar cheese and chopped tomatoes.

  1. In skillet over medium high heat, cook beef, green pepper, onion, chili powder and black peppers utnil beef is browned. Pour off fat. Add tomato juice and beans. Heat thorough. Add toppings. Serves six.
