Whipped Jam

3 cups berries
3 cups sugar

Bring berries to a boil and boil hard for 2 minutes. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Beat with wire whip for 5 minutes. Pour into jars; seal and process in water bath 20 minutes for pints.
