White Fish Almondine

Brown one small pkg. of sliced almonds in 2 Tbl. butter. Add 2 slices of hearty bread crumbs, and continue browning until golden. Set aside. Spray or butter a baking dish the size for the amount of fish you are fixing. Sprinkle with a lite covering of Johnnie’s Seafood seasoning. Use Halibut, Cod, or Tilapia, frozen or fresh. Cover the bottom of the baking dish with a single layer of fish. Sprinkle again with a lite sprinkle of Johnnie’s seasoning. Butter the fish with a thin cover of mayonnaise, making sure all fish is covered. Cover with the browned almond bread crumb mixture. Bake at 350* until fish flakes with a fork.
